Where are our products manufactured?
We produce our products in many corners of the world with our partners in Vietnam, China, and the good ol’ USA. 

Do we use flame retardants in our pieces?
Yes, our foam and fabrics meet the strictest codes.

Will these pieces come back in stock?
Some may come back by popular demand, but in a new flavor with a new twist!

Ordering & Returns:

All of our products are produced and packaged ready for shipping. We take pride in turning around all orders very quickly, typically within 2 days excluding certain holidays.

Forms of payment accepted?
We accept all major Credit Cards.

Do we collect sales tax?
Yes, the tax man commeth and we must pay!

Do we offer financing?
Not at this time.

Our return/exchange policy?
30 Days to return after delivery & inspection. You can email us at help@batchcraftmade.com to help handle any questions or concerns!

Can an order be placed, paid for, and then held?
We don’t offer holds at this time.

Shipping Info:

How do you calculate shipping?
Shipping is offered on a flat rate basis depending on the size and weight of the item. We have taken the guess work out of shipping and include a simple up front flat rate shipping fee for you to see while shopping instead of an unwanted surprise during checkout!

Where do you ship?
We ship within the contiguous United States.

Do we offer white glove?
Currently do to the impact of COVID-19, we are only offering contactless delivery for the safety of the community and our customers. Contactless delivery could include drop off at your front door, or pre-scheduled curbside drop off for certain items.

Do we have a showroom?
We do not have a brick & mortar showroom in order to keep our costs low and pass on the savings to our customers.

Swatches?
Where possible, we do offer swatches. However due to the nature of our items being small batch runs and often custom, we will not always have additional fabric, leather, or wood samples available to ship to you. We do want you to feel comfortable that your purchase will match the aesthetics of your home however, so please contact customer service with your specific questions. We may be able to send additional pictures or advise on color tones that can often be difficult to tell on a screen. Email us at help@batchcraftmade.com
