ORDERS:
All of our product is produced and packaged ready for shipping. We take pride in turning around all orders very quickly, typically within 2 days excluding certain holidays. We ship within the contiguous United States. The ordering process is very straightforward on our Shopping page. RETURNS:
30 DAY GUARANTEE
We will do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your unique BATCH product, but we understand that sometimes an item does not match in its new home or the sizing will not work. We will work with you on a quick and seamless return process. Our return policy is that the item must be returned within 30 days of purchase. To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your piece is in as-new condition, and should be returned in original packing only.
Returns will incur a $49 return shipping fee. If you no longer have the original packaging, there is an additional $49 per item repackaging fee.
Once the item is back at our warehouse it will be inspected by our team. Provided it is in as-new condition we will issue a refund less repackaging fees (if applicable), and outbound and return shipping fees.
